This class brings together concepts from all 4 modules of the Devotional Voice Program including Breathwork, Vocal Toning, Call & Response Singing and Mantra practice into one complete session. 

In this vocal meditation class, you will use your voice for focusing your meditation practice while at the same time strengthening your singing voice and breath support mechanism of the body. These types of exercises are also effective for resetting your nervous system and allowing for you to relax while singing.  There are so many benefits!

The 30 minute class includes release breaths, humming, vocal toning on the main 3 vowels Ah, EE and Oh, Call and Response singing with the C Major Scale and a 108 Om Nama Shivaya mantras which is a Shiva mantra that balances the five Ayurvedic elements.

If you are not familiar with the ancient phonetic language of Sanskrit, don't worry!  Just do the best you can and focus all your attention on the exercise.  Notice any shifts in your mind, body and emotions as you let yourself be with your voice without distraction. 

Enjoy and Focus on the Breath and Being with your Inner Sound.  Find a comfortable cushion or seat and some water for your practice.  Allow 30 minutes of uninterrupted Time to drop in and complete this vibrational tune-up.
